Gymnastics Workshop - Kipping Pull Ups

Whether you’re chasing your first pull-up or looking to string together bigger sets of kipping or butterfly pull-ups, this 2-hour workshop is designed to meet you where you’re at and help you move forward with confidence.

Led by Coach Rachel, this hands-on session will break down the why and how behind efficient pull-ups — focusing on mechanics, timing, strength, and smart progressions. You’ll learn how to use your body effectively (not just your arms), reduce wasted effort, and build consistency without beating up your shoulders.

This workshop is for you if you want to:
• Build the foundational strength and positions for your first pull-up
• Improve kip timing and efficiency
• Transition from singles to controlled sets
• Learn or refine butterfly pull-ups for higher-rep workouts
• Understand common faults and how to fix them

Expect clear coaching, individualized feedback, and practical drills you can take back into regular classes right away.
